It is the end for a life, a hope, a dream. A to Z 2012 goodbye
The end it fits
Boa constrictor
Squeezing out last gasps of air
You raped
Pillaged
You leave nothing
The audience will be by for viewing
“Here lies her carcass
Once a woman
Now a shell
Ripped to pieces
Teeth marks latent”
Compared to heart bludgeoning
Never you mind
Go forward
You are good
At enticing
Destruction
Causing people who feel
Their END
*incessant clapping by audience who in their ignorance helped bloody the water***

Thank you for visiting Moondustwriter. One of the many exciting things I've had the honor of doing is writing and publishing in multiple genres (including education) in E. African for E. Africa. As a writer, it is a thrill to write for children (on all continents) who want to learn.
I've been part of the blogging community for more than 13 years. Some old timers may remember the award winning (2011 Twitter Shorty ) blog community - One Stop Poetry. I was the co-producer of that fast growing blog community.
I am a published writer, poet, artist and photographer. I have written, as well as edited, for periodicals, radio, blogs and fellow writers.
There are many facets to this moon - my joy is in meeting you!

Wow Leslie, kinda creepin’ me out. I find just reading the word “Rape” causes me major discomfort, as I”m sure it should. I don’t, of course, understand all the references here, and still I can understand that there is something predatory referenced. Something insidious and of Great harm, Great Pain, Great sorrow, and Great anger.
Very powerful stuff.

Leslie, this is raw with rage. Not sure I understand the exact references, but it’s a powerful piece. Thanks for sharing!

Your final poem for this challenge seems very raw, very angry.
Congratulations on making it to the end of the Blogging from A to Z challenge with your sanity intact 🙂 If you wrote something original for each day you must have a lot of great new material now.
