Caught between the handrails of life
suspended above the path of my own choosing
I hear the words “step softly”
A rash reply teases my teeth
pushing against my tongue
heedlessly fleeing my lips
head over heels I fall
losing my path
the handrails of life just move away
unable to catch this fool
I did not do an exhaustive search, but I could not find a poetic term or form for the letter J. If you know of one, please enlighten us.
“No pen, no ink, no table, no room, no time, no quiet
No inclination.”
